I had installed wincc flexible 2008 sp3 along with the runtime of the same version.but I can't see the download option itself. I can't see the io tag once I double click on the field of already created project(sp2). List of problems I can't mention but it opens, runtime also possible. Anyone pls help me out. As I have installed both the Winc and Flx runtime 2008 sp3,the problem occurs that I can't see the 'On Device' tab in the file browser to create the project. The one I can see is the 'Offline' mode. I can't upload the project either. The same I can't see it in the 'On device' tab. It is possible to create the project in the 'Offline mode' as I can see the 'On Device' tab. I also tried to reinstall the Flx and Winc runtime 2008 sp3 but again the problem remains...I need the Flx and Winc runtime 2008 sp3 in my workstation.

I downloaded the runtime from the site of wincc flex 2008 sp3 and I tried to install the same but it comes with an error. I am not an expert of installing software from win, so please be patient.

I don't want to install the runtime again and uninstall this runtime if its not working with sp2 or Flx 2008 sp3. I don't know why I didn't see the io tag for double clicking on flx project once I installed the runtime?
