hello does anyone know how i can open the case of external hard drive fujitsu siemens storagebird 35ev840?the problem i have is when i connect the hard drive the blue light will turn on but the hard drive it self doesnt do anything, i thought it might be a loos connection, thats why i want to open it, but i dont know how,,,,thanks ?
