If it's still crashing, try running a new game and see if that makes any difference. If so, the game probably crashed because there's something corrupt/wrong with your FalloutNVLauncher.ini file. Try deleting it, along with fallout.exe and falloutNVLauncher.exe (note: NOT Fallout.exe).
