It goes through them all and if they all successfully read, it scans the wii menu, hmac mod, and Nintendo warning, and if the wii menu verifies successfully, it saves it to the NAND. It does this for you, and is instant, and doesn't require the use of any hard drive or USB memory stick. It's not in English for now, and will be later. It is written in C#, and you will need Visual Studio to compile the source code. If it's not fun, and you are a programmer, look into it! It works much like the Wii FlashToolz mentioned earlier, however it requires two key things in order to perform the scan: the Wii NAND file and Bootmii. You must know the boot1, boot2, and factory bad blocks. You can find all these info by getting NAND backups from your wii, then using Wii FlashToolz. Wii FlashToolz detected boot1, boot2, factory bad blocks, and boot2. You would also want to know your MFDF, wc2, and MDF keys, and the Hmac Serial number for Wii Menu. If you don't know your wii menu Hmac key, you can set it from the console's menu while you are playing a game. Wii Info will be helpful if you are new to NAND writing.
